Minimum

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Experience required
5+ years in test automation, at architect or senior lead level
2+ years hands-on with Robot Framework, including on-premises installation from scratch (on-prem servers — not cloud platform)
Proven people management and team coaching experience
Prior experience on distributed/offshore engagements North American project exposure is a plus
Tools & technical skills
Robot Framework — on-premises installation, venv/pip setup, requirements management, keyword library architecture, SAP Libraries, Selenium, etc.
Languages — Python (proficient), Bash/shell scripting, SQL
Reporting & dashboards — JIRA
Testing scope — SAP S/4 HANA - including integrations
What they'll do
Define and deliver the Test Automation Strategy, including ROI analysis and recommendations.
Provide clear requirements and recommendations to the client to host Robot Framework in their servers.
Install and configure the Robot Framework environment on-premises, end-to-end.
Make sure there are no security breaches. Troubleshoot any access/certificates/integration issues encountered.
Build reusable keyword libraries, resource files, and data-driven test patterns.
Design real-time reporting dashboards for Canada leadership and the client.
Lead, mentor, and coach the ATCI India automation team.
Conduct structured KT sessions (recorded), pair-programming, and team shadowing.
Produce documentation such us setup guides and runbooks.
Identify a nominated team member to own automation post-assignments. Hand over all credentials, repo ownership, and dashboard admin rights to the team.
Obtain formal KT sign-off from the Canada Test Lead as the exit gate.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
