Role Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive/Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales for our flagship product, Pheezee, by connecting with physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors, rehabilitation centers, and hospital administrators. You will manage the sales cycle—from prospecting and virtual demonstration and follow up the leads for the sales closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and rehab centers) via cold calling, email, events or campaigns.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage a healthy sales pipeline using the company’s CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and align solutions with business needs.
- Coordinate with Product Specialists for product demos and technical discussions.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and drive deals towards successful closure.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline status in CRM.
- Ensure timely conversion of leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
