K & Co Travels is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to assist clients with travel bookings, generate sales, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping customers with their travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Promote and sell travel services including flight tickets, holiday packages, hotel bookings, visas, and travel insurance
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and travel-related information
- Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt support before and after bookings
- Maintain customer records and booking details in the system
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners for smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or travel industry (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, booking portals)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel agency / tourism industry
- Sales closing and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of ticketing or GDS is an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,677.63 - ₹31,775.45 per month
