End-to-End Production: Scripting, Shooting, and Editing high-quality videos (Reels, YouTube Long-form, and Shorts).
On-Field Shooting: Visiting farms/production units to record customer testimonials, product demos (EarthGold), and "Behind the Scenes" content.
Graphic Design: Creating high CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails for YouTube and creatives for WhatsApp Status/Facebook Posts using Canva/Photoshop.
Social Media Management (Organic Growth) – [30% Time]
Platform Management: Managing YouTube (Primary), Facebook (Farmer Community), Instagram (Brand Building), and LinkedIn (Corporate/B2B).
SEO & Optimization: Using correct keywords, hashtags (e.g., #OrganicFarming, #Vermicompost), and engaging captions to boost reach.
Community Engagement: Replying to all comments and messages within 1 hour. Converting inquiries (e.g., "Price?") into leads.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing – [30% Time]
Ad Management: Running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for Lead Generation.
Data Management: Downloading leads daily from Ad Manager and sharing the Excel sheet with the Sales Team .
ROI Focus: Ensuring the Cost Per Lead (CPL) stays within the company budget.
