Job Summary
The Trainer – Project Supervisor (5G Networks) will be responsible for training candidates on telecom project execution, 5G network deployment, site supervision, safety, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver classroom and practical training on 5G network concepts and telecom project supervision.
· Train candidates on tower installation, antenna setup, OFC laying, routers, cabling, and commissioning.
· Explain project planning, site coordination, material handling, and reporting.
· Conduct practical demonstrations on site safety and field activities.
· Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, attendance, and assessment reports.
· Guide trainees on project documentation, DPR preparation, and daily progress reports.
· Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions.
· Maintain lab equipment and training resources.
· Ensure compliance with SSC/NSDC training guidelines.
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of telecom project execution and 5G networks.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to conduct classroom and field-based training.
· Good understanding of project documentation and reporting.
· Basic computer skills and presentation ability.
Trainer Qualification
· Graduate in any discipline, preferably Science, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecom – 5G Networks domain.
· Certified Trainer mapped to Qualification Pack MEP/Q2601 v3.0 with minimum 80% aggregate score.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
