Scout assigned territories to identify ongoing construction activities
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites
- Build relationships with architects, contractors, fabricators, and other stakeholders
- Collect detailed project information (stage, size, involved parties, etc.)
- Identify potential business opportunities
- Generate and report qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits and project updates
- Gather competitor insights and market intelligence
