Role and title: Education Counsellor – Sales, Hunar

Position Summary:
The Education Counselor role encompasses a dynamic combination of educational guidance and sales expertise. This position revolves around helping prospective students navigate educational options and programs while also effectively promoting and enrolling them in suitable courses. A Counselor serves as a bridge between academic aspirations and practical enrollment decisions, contributing significantly to both student success and organizational growth.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Education counseling sessions with students, addressing their questions, concerns, and goals.
- Collaborate with academic
- Conversation with High intent leads
- Meeting Weekly and monthly Targets
- Communicating with prospects via phone and WhatsApp
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
- Collaborate with prospective students and their families to provide guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
- Conduct one-on-one with Clients and faculty members to facilitate the admissions process and provide accurate information to students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-4 years of progressive experience
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Ability to work in fast moving environment.
- Should be confident and a fast learner
- Smart enough to gauge customer requirement
