Job Title: Sales & Telemarketing Associate – Sova Computer (Urgent Opening)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part Time(In-Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
Sova Computer is looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Telemarketing Associate to join our IT and Digital Agency. The primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers, explain our services, understand their requirements, and convert interested prospects into qualified leads or confirmed clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new prospects and introduce our services.
- Provide clear information about Website Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable services.
- Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with prior telecalling or sales experience will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in IT sales will receive preference.
- Basic knowledge of websites, mobile applications, or digital marketing services will be beneficial.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills are required.
- Candidates must be confident, polite, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Candidates residing in Barasat or nearby areas will be preferred.
