Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software delivery
- Manage Agile/Scrum projects
- Coordinate engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
- Design blockchain solutions and smart contract architecture
- Review code and mentor developers
- Conduct hiring and performance management
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Travel to Dubai for business meetings when required
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years managing engineering teams
