About the Role:
AJA Realty Home Private Limited is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with at least 2 year of experience to join our growing team. This role involves site visits, site handling, client coordination, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The candidate will also play a key role in lead handling, deal closing, and spot closing with strong technical and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance.
- Handle site operations, including manpower supervision, materials management, and vendor coordination.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries and providing technical solutions.
- Manage leads from inquiry to conversion, including follow-ups and client meetings.
- Support in deal closing with effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Apply spot closing knowledge to convert potential leads into confirmed clients.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in civil site handling and client coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and on-site management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle leads, convert deals, and achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
