Job Responsibilities – Demi Chef de Partie (Asian & Continental Cuisine)
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of Asian and Continental dishes as per established recipes and standards.
- Ensure mise en place is prepared and stocked before service.
- Prepare, cook, and garnish food items while maintaining quality, consistency, and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control measures.
- Train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and HACCP standards.
- Assist in menu development and recipe standardization as directed by senior chefs.
Experience Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in Asian and Continental cuisine in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
