Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, statutory and factory compliances, and driving key HR functions such as recruitment and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws.
- Handle factory-related compliances as per the Factories Act and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and documentation.
- Liaise with labour departments, inspectors, and government authorities as required.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of skilled workforce, especially for shop floor roles.
3. Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Drive goal setting, periodic reviews, and employee feedback processes.
- Support management in performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure a positive work environment and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
5. General HR Administration:
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Support audits and internal reviews.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing setup.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and factory compliances.
- Experience in handling inspections and dealing with labour authorities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in setting up HR processes in a factory environment.
- Knowledge of HRMS tools and advanced Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
