- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRMS systems
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities
- Handle employee documentation, attendance, and leave record
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs
- Manage internal communication and employee queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
