We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to support design, documentation, and project execution activities within an architectural and engineering consultancy environment. The organization specializes in the preparation of building permit drawings, land and building valuation services, height clearance approvals, and other statutory compliance and approval-related works. The selected candidate will assist with site inspections, project coordination, technical documentation, valuation support, and liaison activities with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of building permit drawings and other statutory approval documents in accordance with applicable regulations and building rules.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections for project planning, documentation, and valuation purposes.
- Support the preparation of land valuation and building valuation reports, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Coordinate and assist in obtaining height clearance approvals, NOCs, and other regulatory clearances from government departments and statutory authorities.
- Prepare technical reports, estimates, applications, and project-related documentation.
- Review architectural, structural, and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with local authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients regarding project approvals and documentation requirements.
- Monitor project progress and assist in coordinating activities between design teams, site personnel, and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and approval documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost analyses as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, municipal regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Perform other engineering, documentation, and coordination duties assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 0–1 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, or other relevant software.
Aditional Requirements:
- Valid Indian Driving Licence (Preferred)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
