Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Engineer specializing in Product & Packaging to ensure product quality, compliance, and packaging standards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality across product lifecycle and packaging processes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure quality standards for products and packaging materials Conduct inspections, testing, and validation of products Monitor packaging processes and identify improvement areas Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams Maintain quality documentation and compliance reports Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards Required Skills: Experience in Product Quality & Packaging Quality Knowledge of quality control processes and standards Hands-on with inspection, testing, and validation techniques Understanding of root cause analysis tools (RCA, CAPA) Strong documentation and reporting skills Good to Have: Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/pharma domain Knowledge of ISO standards Familiarity with quality tools (Six Sigma, Lean)
