Key Roles and Responsibilities,
Customer Handling (Pre & Post Sales)
- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, and email
- Assist customers with product details, pricing, and availability
- Guide customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Management
- Process and confirm customer orders
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse team for order dispatch
- Share order updates, tracking details, and delivery timelines
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
After-Sales Support
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally
- Resolve issues related to product quality, size, or delivery
- Ensure quick resolution and maintain positive customer relationships.
. Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with sales, QC, and dispatch teams
- Coordinate for stock availability and urgent orders
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
