Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Software Tester with strong experience in Playwright automation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing scalable test frameworks using Page Object Model (POM) and fixtures, along with exposure to modern AI-assisted development tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
- Design and implement scalable frameworks using Page Object Model (POM)
- Utilize fixtures for efficient test setup and reusable components
- Perform UI and API testing to ensure end-to-end quality
- Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing/QA automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Good understanding of POM (Page Object Model) design pattern
- Experience with fixtures for test setup and reusability
- Experience with API testing using Postman
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
AI & Modern Tools Exposure:
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve test efficiency and productivity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with REST API testing and automation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of performance or security testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
Pay: ₹12,872.91 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
