Roles & Responsibilities:
* Preparation and submission of RA Bills and Final Bills for Interior & MEPF works.
* Verification of work quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
* Preparation of quantity reconciliation statements and variation orders.
* Coordination with site engineers, project managers, and clients for bill certification.
* Preparation of subcontractor bills and certification.
* Tracking of work progress and maintaining billing records.
* Preparation of extra item statements, deviation statements, and cost analysis.
* Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
* Coordination with accounts and procurement teams for smooth payment processing.
* Preparation of MIS reports related to billing, quantities, and project cost.
Required Experience:
* Minimum *5–10 years of experience* in billing for *Interior Fit-out and MEPF projects*.
* Hands-on experience in preparation of RA Bills, Final Bills, BOQ verification, and quantity reconciliation.
* Experience in handling client billing and subcontractor billing independently.
* Good understanding of Interior finishes, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works.
* Experience in commercial and hospital projects will be preferred.
Professional Skills:
* Strong knowledge of *BOQ, Rate Analysis, Contracts, and Quantity Surveying*.
* Proficiency in *MS Excel (Advanced), **AutoCAD*, and ERP/SAP billing modules.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Professional attitude with good documentation and reporting skills.
Key Requirements:
* Should be able to handle complete billing activities independently.
* Must possess strong knowledge of Interior and MEPF works.
* Should have excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
* Candidate must be professional, responsible, and capable of working under project timelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Experience in *hospital, commercial, or large-scale interior projects*.
* Immediate joining or short notice period preferred.
* Proven track record of handling billing and commercial activities for multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
