About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager (IC role) to expand valet service partnerships for Park+ in Bangalore. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, targeting commercial establishments and driving revenue through new client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Closures
- Identify and target restaurants, malls, hotels, and commercial spaces across Bangalore
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Pitch Park+ valet services and close new business deals
2. Sales Funnel Management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Ensure daily meeting targets, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM tools with proper data hygiene
3. Client Onboarding & Activation
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth onboarding and service setup
- Ensure timely go-live with minimal issues
4. Revenue & Collections
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure timely collections and contract adherence from clients
5. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with business owners, GMs, and facility heads
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services
Candidate Profile – Skills & Competencies
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / service sales / hospitality sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of target achievement
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
- Comfortable with high field travel and daily meetings
- Strong CRM discipline and reporting skills
Mandatory Requirement
- Candidate must be currently based in Bangalore
- Strong knowledge of local market and commercial establishments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with restaurants, hotels, malls, or commercial clients
- Existing local network in Bangalore is a strong advantage
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
