Job Title:- Projects & Technical Head
Experience:- Relevant experience in Solar Projects preferred
Salary:- ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Location:- Kochi, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, manage, and execute solar projects from start to completion.
- Oversee project design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and technical teams.
- Review technical drawings, project specifications, BOQs, and site requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant technical requirements.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Supervise and guide the project and technical team.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials.
- Provide technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in solar projects, EPC, electrical projects, or renewable energy is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of solar project execution and electrical systems.
- Good project planning and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
