About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Windows Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Windows deployment, desktop virtualization, image management, and PowerShell automation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing enterprise Windows environments, creating and maintaining Windows deployment images, supporting virtual desktop infrastructure, and automating administrative tasks. This role will support large-scale endpoint, Windows Server, and desktop virtualization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, deploy, and support Windows 11 operating system environments.
- Create, customize, maintain, and optimise Windows deployment images.
- Manage OS deployment using SCCM/MECM, MDT, Intune, or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, upgrade issues, patching issues, and endpoint configuration problems.
- Administer and support Windows Server environments.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system configuration, software deployment, patching, reporting, and routine administration.
- Support enterprise endpoint management and Windows operating system lifecycle activities.
- Manage and support Citrix VDI environments, including virtual desktop images, templates, provisioning, and end-user troubleshooting.
- Support VMware virtual machines, templates, OVA image creation, and virtual infrastructure activities where required.
- Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, maintain documentation, and follow enterprise security and compliance standards.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of Windows Infrastructure or System Administration experience
- Windows 11 deployment and image management
- SCCM/MECM, MDT, Intune, or equivalent deployment tools
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation
- Windows Server administration
- Enterprise endpoint management
- Patching, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and documentation
Preferred Skills
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Citrix VDI
- VMware virtualisation
- OVA image creation and VM template management
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Endpoint security and compliance
- Remote support experience in enterprise environments

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
