Job Title: E-commerce Back Office – Voice Process
Location: Marathahalli (Smartworks)
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off
Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates only (10+2+3)
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply
- For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of BPO Voice Process experience is preferred/required, depending on the role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good typing speed and accuracy
Selection Process
Candidates must clear the following assessments:
- VERSANT – Voice (VETI 4)
- SHL Assessment Bundle – 54
- Typing Test: Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Voice Assessment: English & Hindi
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC per month
- Experienced (1+ year): ₹26,500 CTC per month
