Position: Fashion Consultant / Senior Fashion Consultant
Experience: 2–3 years in fashion retail (preferably premium/women’s fashion brands)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to customers.
- Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable outfits.
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling.
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat clientele.
- Handle product knowledge, fitting room experience, and customer service.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage stock coordination and maintain brand standards.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in women’s fashion and styling.
- Sales-driven approach with premium retail experience.
- Confident personality and professional grooming.
- Comfortable working mall timings, weekends, and festive seasons.
