Role Summary
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and manage relationships with restaurant partners, drive partner onboarding, support business expansion, and ensure long-term partner success at Vegisco. The role involves connecting and developing with restaurant partners engagement, oversee on onboarding activities and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills and an understanding of field operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Management
- Identify & Connect with potential restaurants, food outlets, vendors, and business partners.
- Visit potential restaurant partners and explain Vegisco business model.
- Onboard new accounts by explaining the requirements to the partners and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold outreach, and market research activities.
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups for new partner onboarding and business development activities.
- Conduct regular check-ins with existing partners to ensure Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content is accurate and maintains high-quality image coverage.
- Help partners understand the benefits of Dine Out plans and promotions to encourage regular participation and revenue growth over time.
- Address and resolve payment-related issues, such as diner payout concerns, to ensure smooth.
- Transactions for both customers and restaurant partners.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to support strategic business development.
Data-Driven Performance Monitoring
- Use dashboard insights and market data to persuade partners to invest appropriately in growth opportunities.
- Regularly review restaurant partner dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement area.
- Track key business KPIs to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Generate actionable insights from data to support decision-making and growth.
Business Growth & Cost Optimization
- Improve partner retention by ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction with platform performance.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to ensure partners remain competitive in investment and offerings.
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual efforts through better process alignment and coordination.
- Drive adoption of new platform features to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Internal & External Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, sales, marketing, and product to ensure smooth partner onboarding and execution.
- Act as a bridge between restaurant partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and ensure alignment.
- Communicate partner requirements, feedback, and concerns to relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Align internal teams and external partners on business goals, performance expectations, and growth initiatives.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Basic understanding of local food market is a plus.
- Attitude & Aptitude for Sales.
- Strong networking and convincing ability.
- Experience in sales or BD (food-tech)
- Fluency in local language and working knowledge of English.
- Experienced with Food Delivery Tech preferred
