Job Responsibilities
- Handle billing and cash counter operations efficiently
- Manage daily sales and purchase entries
- Maintain accounts, invoices, and payment records
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with suppliers
- Handle purchase and sales documentation of goods
- Prepare basic reports using billing/accounting software
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily closing
Requirements
- Experience in purchase and sales of goods
- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and stock management
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, or Acrotex Billing Software is an added advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage customers and suppliers professionally
- Prior supermarket or retail experience preferred
