- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.
- Inspect wire harnesses, cables, chargers, adapters, and other manufactured products as per inspection standards.
- Verify products against drawings, specifications, control plans, and work instructions.
- Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming materials.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Conduct visual inspection, dimensional checks, and functional testing as required.
- Ensure first-piece approval before production starts.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) whenever defects are identified.
- Coordinate with Production, Rework, and Stores departments for quality-related issues.
- Monitor rejection and rework trends and report them to the Quality Leader.
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of inspected materials.
- Follow 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Support customer inspections and quality audits when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
