Job Title: Junior Accountant (E-commerce)
Location: Panipat, Haryana (In-office)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage order reconciliation, accounting entries, and payment tracking across our e-commerce channels (Shopify, Amazon, etc.). This role sits at the intersection of operations and finance and is critical to maintaining clean books as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order & Payment Reconciliation
- Reconcile daily orders from Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces
- Match payments received vs orders shipped
- Identify discrepancies (missing payments, failed orders, refunds)
2. Accounting & Tally Work
- Create sales invoices in Tally using automation tools
- Maintain accurate ledgers for platforms and payment gateways
- Record expenses, commissions, shipping charges, and returns
3. Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports:
- Orders vs revenue
- Platform-wise sales
- Payment reconciliation status
- Highlight mismatches or anomalies

- Tally (with connector/automation)

- Excel / Google Sheets
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years experience in accounting
- Strong in Tally + Excel
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- High attention to detail
- Based in or willing to relocate to Panipat
