- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and align business objectives with process improvements.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices and process design methodologies.
