Hiring | Senior Manager – Contracts
We are partnering with a leading EPC organization to identify an accomplished Senior Manager – Contracts with strong experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, claims, and large scale project execution.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10-15 Years
Industry Preference: EPC / Oil & Gas / Data Centers
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end Contracts Management for large-scale projects
-Manage contract administration, negotiations, claims, variations and amendments
-Drive subcontract management and commercial closure
-Handle contractual risks and ensure compliance with project requirements
-Work closely with project, procurement, commercial and legal teams
Manage client, consultant and subcontractor negotiations
Ideal Candidate:
-10 to15 years of relevant experience in Contracts Management
-Strong background in EPC projects
-Candidates from Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Infrastructure or Industrial Projects are preferred
-Strong understanding of EPC contracts, claims, variations and commercial terms
-Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and contractual risk management skills
