- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build collective expertise and capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in analyzing and designing technology solutions that align with business requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
