About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee interior and project execution activities at client sites. The candidate will ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are maintained.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain site records and project reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Coordinate material deliveries and inventory at project sites.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, interiors, construction, or related field.
- Strong understanding of project execution and site management.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience in interior fit-outs and modular furniture projects preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
