Job Overview:
Next Gen Business Consultancy is looking for experienced and target-driven Sales Consultants who are passionate about hardcore sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent convincing ability, and proven experience in achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert quality leads
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive business revenue and growth
- Maintain proper sales reporting and coordination
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate mandatory
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- 3–5 years of hardcore sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Candidates from BFSI, Ed-Tech, or Automobile industry preferred
