Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Purchase Driver with a valid commercial 4-wheeler driving licence and badge to handle daily purchase and delivery activities. The role involves timely collection of materials, safe transportation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicle for purchase, pickup, and delivery of materials
- Coordinate with vendors and purchase team for daily requirements
- Ensure safe handling and transport of goods
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic checks (fuel, oil, tyres)
- Keep purchase bills, delivery challans, and records
- Follow traffic rules and company policies strictly
- Support loading and unloading if required
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial 4-Wheeler Driving Licence with Badge (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a purchase / delivery driver
- Good knowledge of local routes and markets
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Punctual, honest, and responsible
- No major traffic violations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in purchase or logistics support
- Ability to coordinate with stores / vendors
- Basic smartphone usage (calls, WhatsApp)
