Role Purpose
To ensure smooth execution of collection activities, reconciliation, and reporting by managing overdue accounts, supporting credit processes, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly collection goals by following up with customers.
- Payment Reminders: Send timely reminders to clients for pending dues.
- Account Unlocking: Coordinate unlocking of accounts post‑payment clearance.
- BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement): Prepare and maintain accurate bank reconciliation reports.
- Overdue Reports: Track and share overdue payment reports with management.
- Credit Note Entry: Process and record credit notes in ERP/finance systems.
- Support to Mr. Rohit: Assist senior manager in collections and reporting tasks.
- Bank Visits: Handle deposits, withdrawals, and other banking formalities.
- Customer Reconciliation: Match customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.com/ M.com preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in collections, accounts, or finance operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
Skills Required
- Attention to detail in financial documentation.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills for customer coordination.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
