Job Summary
Indian University Press is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. Executive Assistants are typically responsible for calendar management, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and acting as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and other business documents.
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and follow-up communications.
- Organize files, records, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track ongoing projects and follow up on pending tasks.
- Assist in travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
- Maintain office records and administrative documentation.
- Perform other administrative and executive support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative executive (Freshers with excellent skills may also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
