Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Payment Integrity solutions in the Healthcare domain. The role involves managing large-scale programs, client engagement, and driving operational excellence with focus on financial metrics such as gross and net margins, utilization, and delivery efficiency.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and auditors to ensure high-quality solution delivery aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Payment Integrity programs ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
- Manage program financials including gross margin, net margin, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization
- Drive utilization targets and improve team efficiency/productivity
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts
- Collaborate with auditors and business stakeholders to align delivery with audit and compliance needs
- Act as primary client interface and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile/Hybrid delivery practices
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong delivery/program management experience
- Healthcare payer domain knowledge and claims lifecycle understanding
- Experience in Payment Integrity solutions (claims review, audit, recovery)
- Strong stakeholder management including auditors and business users
- Financial management (P&L, margins, utilization)
- Team leadership across QA, BA, and engineering teams
Good-to-Have Skills:
- .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs)
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Microservices and API-based architecture
- DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR)
