We provide the platforms, processes, information structures, and technical guardrails that make effective, compliant, and efficient software delivery possible.We work closely with R&D, Digital Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and product teams to ensure the ALM toolchain and supporting IT services are reliable, scalable, and aligned to real development needs. Our team drives continuous improvement, strengthens lifecycle transparency and traceability, and ensures the organization has the right ALM foundations to build, test, release, and operate digital and embedded solutions with confidence.You’ll get to work in a really driven team, where change is our middle name and boldly trying new things, learning from mistakes and encouraging to challenge ourselves is everyday business.What’s your role?We’re looking for a hybrid ALM Business Analyst / Solution Architect to lead the evolution of our ALM capability—processes, information models, and platform architecture that span the entire software and systems lifecycle.You will be the connective tissue between product & engineering, quality & security, and platform & operations—ensuring traceability, flow, and compliance from idea to retirement. You’ll contribute to shape the domain roadmap, define target ways of working, and guide design decisions that make our ALM ecosystem scalable, secure, and value‑driven.Your main focus in this role1) Domain leadership & roadmapContribute to the ALM capability backlog by providing domain expertise, clarifying needs, breaking down features/enablers into well‑defined elements, and ensuring technical and process details are captured for effective team planning.Provide structured input to the ALM roadmap, highlighting architectural considerations, dependencies, risks, and enablers that should be considered by Product Managers, Architects, and RTEs when sequencing future wor
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
