Support Associate Experience 1+ year experience in US Healthcare Experience in Patient Calling, Customer Service, Medical Billing, or RCM preferred Job Location Bangalore Shift US Shift / Night Shift Roles & Responsibilities Contact patients in the US regarding outstanding balances and billing-related queries. Explain medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment responsibilities. Resolve patient concerns professionally and accurately. Update patient records and call notes in the system. Coordinate with billing and insurance teams when required. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations. Meet productivity and quality targets. Required Skills Excellent English communication skills. Experience handling outbound or inbound patient calls. Knowledge of US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Good computer and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
