We are looking for a Field Marketing & Collection Executive who has good knowledge of the local business market and can develop relationships with local businesses, generate new customers, and handle outstanding payment collections from existing clients. This is a field-based role suitable for someone who knows the local market, can communicate confidently with business owners, and is comfortable making regular market visits. Key Responsibilities * Visit local markets and businesses to promote Delhi Malwa Transport Company’s transport & logistics services. * Identify and approach potential customers such as manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, traders, retailers and other businesses. * Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers. * Generate new booking/business leads and follow up with prospective customers. * Understand local market conditions, competitors and customer requirements. * Regularly visit customers for outstanding payment/balance collection. * Follow up with parties regarding pending bills and ensure timely payments. * Maintain records of customer visits, leads, bookings and collections. * Coordinate with the office/accounts team regarding customer balances and payment status. * Achieve monthly targets for new business generation and collections. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in field marketing, sales, business development, collection or transport/logistics will be preferred. * Must have good knowledge of the local market and local businesses. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Comfortable meeting business owners and visiting different markets.
Pay: ₹9,486.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
