Job Purpose To plan, coordinate, monitor, and control PEB manufacturing activities to achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. Supervise fabrication of columns, rafters, purlins, girts, bracings, and structural steel members. Monitor cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, and finishing activities. Ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications. Coordinate with Design, QA/QC, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch teams. Monitor productivity, manpower utilization, and machine efficiency. Control material wastage and improve production output. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare daily production reports and progress updates. Support timely dispatch of fabricated materials. Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering. Experience 3–10 years of experience in PEB or structural steel fabrication industry. Reporting To Production Manager / Plant Manager Required Skills Knowledge of PEB fabrication processes and manufacturing practices. Understanding of structural steel fabrication drawings and welding procedures. Familiarity with CNC cutting, drilling, welding, and roll-forming machines. Knowledge of quality standards and fabrication tolerances. Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning tools. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
