Sales Manager – Corporate Offices

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is driven, field-oriented, and passionate about B2B sales. In this role, you will reach out to and visit corporate offices, banks, IT parks, and large commercial establishments — either directly or through Facility Management Companies (FMCs) and AHU contractors — to understand their air quality needs and offer the right solution.
You will be the face of our brand in the corporate segment, pitching a focused product portfolio of AHU filters, air purifiers, and plate heat exchangers to facility and engineering decision-makers. Most of your time will be spent in the field — 3 to 4 days every week — visiting client sites in and around Hyderabad. The remaining time will be used to follow up on quotations, coordinate with the team, and maintain your pipeline.
PRODUCTS YOU WILL SELL
- AHU Filters for corporate campuses, IT offices, banks, and large commercial establishments
- Air Purifiers for offices, server rooms, banking halls, and co-working spaces
- Plate Heat Exchangers for HVAC and energy recovery applications in commercial buildings
WHAT YOU WILL DO – DAY TO DAY
- Visit corporate office sites, IT parks, banks for 3–4 days a week to meet Facility Managers, HVAC Engineers, and Purchase teams
- Build and nurture relationships with Facility Management Companies (FMCs) and AHU contractors who influence procurement decisions in large commercial setups
- Identify and develop new accounts through cold calls, referrals, site walk-ins, and networking within the corporate and commercial real estate ecosystem
- Understand each client’s HVAC and air quality setup, then recommend the most suitable AHU filter, air purifier, or plate heat exchanger
- Prepare and send accurate quotations; follow up proactively until the order is closed
- Coordinate with the internal technical team whenever a client needs product clarification or a detailed site assessment
- Keep your customer database and sales pipeline updated at all times
- Meet your monthly revenue targets — we will equip you with the product knowledge and support to get there
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term retention
CUSTOMERS YOU WILL VISIT
- Corporate offices and IT/ITES companies — Facility and Engineering teams managing HVAC and indoor air quality
- Banks and financial institutions — facilities requiring clean, controlled air environments
- Data centers and server rooms with strict temperature and air filtration requirements
- Large commercial establishments, SEZ campuses, and business parks with high-capacity AHU systems
- Facility Management Companies (FMCs) who manage and procure for multiple corporate clients
- AHU contractors and HVAC service companies who specify and supply filters and heat exchangers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience — candidates who have sold any product or solution to corporate offices, IT spaces, large commercial establishments, banks, or data centers are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience working with or selling through Facility Management Companies (FMCs) or AHU contractors is a significant advantage
- Prior exposure to accounts such as IT parks, SEZ developers, corporate campuses, or building management firms in Hyderabad and surrounding areas
- A Mechanical Engineer (degree or diploma) is preferred; candidates from other technical backgrounds with strong commercial sales experience will also be considered
- Basic understanding of air filtration, HVAC systems, or heat exchangers is a plus but not mandatory — we will provide full product training
- An active listener and clear communicator who can engage confidently with facility managers, procurement heads, and technical teams
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Responsible for growing both new accounts and retaining existing customers
- Willing to travel across Hyderabad and surrounding regions — 15 to 20 field days per month
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (other graduates with strong B2B sales experience may apply)
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the corporate, commercial real estate, facility management, HVAC, or building solutions space
- Demonstrated track record of lead generation, account acquisition, and pipeline management
- Industry exposure: Corporate Office Sales, IT Parks, Banks, Data Centers, Facility Management, or Commercial Real Estate
- Basic computer literacy — working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good spoken and written proficiency in English and Hindi
