Job Summary:
A Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring complete safety at the construction/project site. They monitor daily activities, enforce safety rules, and prevent accidents by maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all workers follow site safety rules and company policies.
- Monitor use of PPE (helmet, safety shoes, gloves, harness, etc.).
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify hazards.
- Implement safety measures as per government regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers.
- Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports.
- Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
- Ensure work is carried out as per safety standards like Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines (if applicable).
- Coordinate with project manager and site engineer for safe work execution.
- Stop any unsafe activity immediately to prevent accidents.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
