Key Responsibilities
- Assist travel partners with tour enquiries and quotations.
- Prepare customized itineraries and tour proposals.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other vendors.
- Handle reservations, confirmations, and operational follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients and suppliers throughout the booking process.
- Provide prompt customer support before, during, and after tours.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation.
- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Working knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of popular tourist destinations in South India and India.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) will be an added advantage.
- Sales aptitude and customer service orientation will be highly appreciated.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work as part of a team.
Experience
- Fresh graduates with a passion for tourism are welcome to apply.
- One year of experience in tour operations, travel sales, customer service, or a related field will be an added advantage.
