Tender Management & Execution
- Identify, track, and submit compliant tenders
- Coordinate internally and ensure timely follow-ups
Institutional Sales Development
- Build relationships and drive institutional business growth
- Identify opportunities and secure repeat business
Revenue & Territory Management
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Execute territory plans and track market trends
Key Account Management
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Coordination & Compliance
- Ensure smooth order execution through internal coordination
- Maintain compliance and documentation
Reporting & MIS
- Track and report sales and tender performance
- Maintain MIS and provide actionable insights
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; Business, Marketing, Engineering Degree will be preferred
- Any Graduation
- 4–8 years of experience in Institutional Sales / Tender Sales / B2B Sales
- Proven experience in handling government tenders and procurement processes
- Prior experience with GeM portal / e-tendering platforms is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of tendering process and institutional sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of commercial terms, contracts, and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
