Hiring – Customer Support Executive
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Processes: Inbound Voice | Outbound | Blended (Email + Voice) | (70% Chat + 30% Voice)
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate
- Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply
- Experienced: Minimum 6 months BPO/Pvt. Ltd. experience with proper documentation
- Typing Speed: 25–35 WPM (process dependent)
- Good Communication Skills – Level 4+
- Original 12th Marksheet required at joining
- BGV will be conducted
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice, email and chat
- Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally
- Maintain good communication and customer service standards
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain proper customer interaction records
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
