Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and micro frontends

Experience with performance optimization and accessibility best practices

Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress

Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Requirements

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and software development

Expertise in writing JavaScript code

Experience in developing UI pages with JavaScript, Angular/React

Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations

Expertise with UI technologies including HTML, CSS, and AJAX practices

Expertise in developing Service Portal, pages, widgets, UI Builder, and other components based on requirements

Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong Data Structure & Algorithm knowledge.
