Role Overview:
We are hiring an AI/ML Specialist with strong experience in testing AI and data-driven systems. This role focuses on validating, breaking, and improving AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and responsible use in real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities:
Test and validate AI/ML models across NLP, recommendation systems, and fraud detection
Assess model accuracy, bias, explainability, and performance
Perform data validation, model testing, and drift detection
Design and execute automated test cases for ML pipelines
Integrate AI/ML testing into CI/CD workflows
Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to improve model quality
Document findings and provide actionable insights
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AI/ML systems and model testing
Strong understanding of NLP, recommendation engines, and fraud models
Hands-on with Python and testing frameworks like PyTest
Experience using MLflow and TensorFlow Model Analysis
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
