Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fiber Laser Operator to handle the Laser engraving, laser Marking on various materials including Wood, MDF, Acrylic, Glass, and Metal to making gifts and home decor items. You will be responsible for transforming digital designs into high-quality physical products with precision and efficiency for making gifts and home decor items.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate Fiber laser , UV laser,CO2 laser machines (e.g., xTool, Sculpfun, Atomstack) for daily production.
- Material Handling: Select and prepare materials (Sanding wood, applying masking tape to acrylic to prevent scorch marks).
- Software Usage: Import and prepare design files using RDWorks, CorelDRAW, or LightBurn.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for engraving and marking depth, clarity, and clean edges.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning of lenses and mirrors; troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Efficiency: Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery for online orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with CO2, Fiber or UV laser machines.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of speed/power settings for different materials:
- Wood/MDF: Preventing burns and achieving clean dark etches.
- Acrylic: Achieving "flame-polished" smooth edges.
- Glass/Metal: Using marking sprays or specific attachments for engraving.
- Software: Proficiency in CorelDRAW or AutoCAD is highly preferred.
- Education: 12th Pass or ITI in a relevant technical field.
Employment Details
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skill test).
- Job Type: Full-time (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM).
- Location: Dwarka Sector 17, Delhi (Work from Office).
