We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible receptionist to manage front desk operations at the hotel. The receptionist will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, manage bookings, and ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests politely Handle room check-in and check-out procedures Manage phone calls and booking enquiries Maintain guest records and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments Handle customer complaints professionally Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization Support online booking platforms and guest reviews
Requirements: Good communication skills in Malayalam and English Basic computer knowledge Friendly personality and customer service skills Ability to work flexible shifts Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory
