Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Manager with 8+ years of experience in the film and media industry to drive business growth for our post-production services. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships with Directors, Producers, Directors of Photography (DOPs), Production Houses, and other key stakeholders in the film industry. The primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and achieve revenue targets by promoting the company's post-production solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business for post-production services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors, Producers, DOPs, Production Houses, OTT platforms, Advertising Agencies, and Film Studios.
- Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing long-term business relationships with existing clients.
- Promote the company's post-production services, including Editing, DI (Digital Intermediate), Color Grading, VFX, CGI, Motion Graphics, Sound Design, Dubbing, Mixing, Mastering, and Deliverables.
- Meet production teams during pre-production and production stages to position the company's post-production capabilities.
- Conduct client presentations, service demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal production and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the entertainment industry.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports.
- Represent the company at film festivals, industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales/business development within Film, Media, Entertainment, Post Production, Broadcast, or OTT industries.
- Strong network with Directors, Producers, DOPs, Production Houses, Studios, and Media Agencies.
- Sound understanding of post-production workflows and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Self-motivated with strong business development and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling post-production services to feature films, web series, OTT content, television, commercials, and digital content creators.
- Existing relationships within the South Indian or Indian film industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of current production and post-production technologies and workflows.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
